It’s the 4th of July – American Independence day and to celebrate I wanted to share four great rooms by American Interior Designers that I love.
1. This stunning Stephen Sills sitting room is bold and sculptural whilst its symmetry creates and classic and inclusive room. I love the tones of orange against the pale grey back drop.
2. Kelly Wearstler always delivers a room that makes you go wow and this bedroom certainly does that. The bold geometric walls anchored by the strength of the rug and artwork creates a room that is confident and exciting.
3. I see red and I love it. Mary McDonald’s commitment to red in this room creates harmony and warmth in the large space and allows for a combination of furniture styles from Morocco to Louis v and American classic

4. Stephen Gambrel is a classic American designer and I love the subtle palate in this room. The use of dove grey in various textures and patterns accented by a soft buttery yellow is a perfect pairing and with the hero artwork – this is a room I’d love to spend time in.
